Greetings from Agape and thank you for your interest in our community! As we all try to navigate the turbulent times we are living in, it seems more important than ever to embrace community and your signing onto Agape’s website is such a sign.

Over the past months, we have been reflecting on the nonviolent gospel teachings of Jesus and the essential importance of conveying those teachings in the many formats in which Agape is engaged.

We create conversations while engaged in sustainable living projects, planting seeds, harvesting vegetables, and chopping wood for the winter season (we heat only by wood at Agape.)

We hope that some of you will volunteer to be companions of Agape with a monthly, weekly, or yearly commitment to come and assist our work here.

Spring and Summer workdays are a wonderful way to share with the community and we welcome you to join us in our celebrations. Our community will be hosting several events this year which are posted below.

Donations are needed more than ever to sustain our transition while a core of young people move toward a succession of Agape leadership. We are excited and energized by these developments with our young Agapeites or Agapers.
