Important Information: Parking:
  • Please arrive by 9:30 for on street parking. The program will begin promptly at 10 AM.
Overnight:
    • If we have not already confirmed with you that you may stay overnight , we are unable to accommodate any more guests. However, please call us for possible alternative arrangements if you intend to stay in the area.
Food:
  • Please bring a bagged lunch. Our food offerings will be very limited this year.
  • If you intend to stay for the evening VEGETARIAN/VEGAN potluck, please bring a dish that DOES NOT need to be heated. We are unable to heat up multiple meals in our kitchen.
COVID-19 Protocol:
  • Per the most recent CDC guidelines on outdoor gatherings we will not be requiring proof of vaccination or masks when outdoors.Due to the large size of our gathering we recommend anyone who is able to test prior to arrival to do so.We are requiring masks when indoors, and recommending people limit their time spent indoors to as little as possible.
