This post comes a few months after the fact due to a combination of Brayton and Suzanne’s writing sabbatical earlier this year, transitions in community members, and lack of website expertise. However, after a full year without regular blog posts, we will be eager to make more posts this summer.
For the fifth year in a row, Professor Meryl Nadel brought the students of her class Sustainability and Community: An Environmental Justice Perspective to Agape for a Rural Immersion. The sixteen students and their professor spent a weekend in April wood-splitting, gardening, and learning about Native spirituality in 21st century America. Their contributions helped make way for spring at Agape.
